Blue topaz is the more common colour that we see in Topaz in today's market. It is available in three distinct colour variants being sky blue, Swiss blue (vibrant neon) and London blue ( deep cobalt). The light blue variety is often mistaken for aquamarine due to its close similarity in colour however, topaz is classified as a semi-precious gems and does not command the high prices of aquamarine. Blue topaz is said to stimulate self-confidence and inspire creativity.
